    Welcome!

    I started my own soul nourishing journey in 2013 during a very low point in my life.

    My world had been turned upside down.

    Finding myself was the least I could begin to do at this pivotal point,

    I wanted to learn more about myself;

    What fed my soul, what made me happy, what I was passionate about and how I could help others in situations like myself.

    I mean I did have another human to take care of, my sweet boy whom has Aspergers.

    I have always been one to help others to the best of my abilities, then was the time I needed to help myself, show myself love and respect and build myself up from the inside out.

    I needed to re-establish myself.

    This soul finding journey has been one of many, many ups & downs, but nothing that I could not handle and from what I am gathering forever on-going. The experiences I have had & the friendships I have made along the way have been nothing less than beautiful.

    Learning that this life is truly what you make it.

    What we put in to this life is what we get out & then some. As long as you are true to yourself, kind to others & helpful where you can be, life treats you pretty well.

    It is all about your mind set.

    Remember, the life you love & want to live will always look different to those around you & that is okay. No two beings lives will ever be the exact same.

    Almost 4 years later, I have begun to shine my light & be a lighthouse not only for myself but also for my son, as well as all those who are seeking comfort and healing of many sorts. This chapter of our lives is just beginning and going to be a beautiful one full of new beginnings, lots of love & patience.

    I could not be more excited for what is coming.

     

    You are enough, you are powerful, you are fierce.

    Everything is ALWAYS working out for us, even if we can not see how so in those moments.

     

    My intention for this site is to bring hope, healing & inspiration to all who view it.

     

    I am here to be a channel of Divine Love, Intuitive Guidance & Healing Energy to those in need & am reminding everyone that it is never to late to begin your self love & healing journey.

  • About Reiki & My sessions

    Channeling energy to help you help yourself

    Reiki is essentially the channeling of life force healing energies through the conductor(me or anyone else attuned) throughout the clients energy field to activate and unblock any areas that may seem blocked, under or overactive to help align and balance the unseen forces that are within you. An Eastern healing modality that has been around for centuries.

    Keeping in mind that I am the channel for the energies to pass through, the energy goes where it is needed throughout the body to help heal itself.

    A reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, emotions, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. Reiki is a very simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self - improvement that everyone can use once attuned. It has been effective in helping with illness, trauma, stress, injuries and will always create a beneficial effect. It also works well with other medical and/or therapeutic modalities.

    During my sessions I use sound healing, crystals, candles and incense to create a sacred healing space unique to each client in the privacy of your own home, meaning I come to you so you may enjoy not having to get in the car and go anywhere but yet you can remain in a comfortable state of mind after we are finished. Also, I use an Amethyst BioMat under the blanket of my massage table to help with your energies. All creating a beautiful ambient relaxing setting for your session and well being.

    These sessions can also be done remotely, meaning we do not need to be in the same place for you to have a healing. We must only coordinate a time that works for you and I for the session to take place.

    I create Dream Catchers complete with stones & totems. I infuse each one with Reiki healing energies, as well. Each unique to every client, no two will ever be the exact same. These dream catchers are not for just catching your nightmares in their webs at night.
